I am the tenant of a restaurant/franchise business . My commercial lease expired and has been running month-to-month. I have accumulated rental arrears and previously signed Acknowledgements of Debt (AODs) with the landlord. To settle the full debt, I concluded a signed Sale of Business Agreement with a buyer who is ready, willing, and able to take over the premises and sign a new lease with the landlord.
