Interdict Case - interdict preventing a person that worked as a consultant for a company, now trying to prevent the same consultant that has left the company 9 months ago, from buying from suppliers and selling to customers which the consultant herself brought into the said company that she left. I have been singled out for retrenchment in my department as I am being told that my position has been made redundant. I was dismissed on the 24th of July .. I have worked for the company for 13 years . On January the 1st I went on maternity and returned on the 2 May , during this absence I was transferred to another branch without my consent to return and be dismissed 2 months later.i have a 5 months baby which I was breastfeeding but because of the stress during suspension I could nolonger produce milk.
I already had case, but the settlement agreement was breached.
