Rubbish and disgusting foundation non compliance with NHBRC.Even women using mud soil and dang of cows can not make that nonsense foundation work. Not happy , No monitoring of project, poor quality used of soil. Foundation was done with compromised quality.Customer care is poor. No redress and openness . Main contractors were so unprofessional giving me silent painful treatment. I felt undermined as a woman. I am emotionally, physically and financially affected by the contractor. I traveled on weekly basis from Johannesburg to Limpopo to monitor his dirty job. I will never recommend a person to be doomed by a person affiliated with NHBRC due to the bad experience. Would have been better if I hired illegal immigrants who are not registered with builders council than nonsense that I am experiencing whereby top soil used to fit foundation not G5 soils. We respectfully dispute several factual statements made in this review. The client was informed in writing before construction that NHBRC enrolment was an additional cost of R42,000, separate from the R510,000 construction contract. The contract also separately provided R12,000 for engineering inspection, foundation and roofing certificates. These provisions were not included in the construction amount. At the time this review was published, no NHBRC inspection had taken place and no engineer had inspected the foundation or issued a finding that the foundation was non-compliant. Accordingly, statements describing the foundation as “NHBRC non-compliant” or “compromised” are disputed and should not be presented as established technical findings. The client's assertion that G5 was required throughout the foundation filling is likewise disputed. The construction requirements must be determined from the approved plans and applicable technical specifications, rather than from a client's personal interpretation. The project documentation and correspondence have been retained. We also dispute the allegations that the project was carried out using “mud soil and dung of cows”, that the foundation was filled with grass “like a garden”, and that the contractor deliberately provided substandard work. These statements are not an accurate representation of the work performed and are currently unsupported by any independent engineering or NHBRC finding. We acknowledge that the client was dissatisfied with aspects of the project and that the parties subsequently entered into a dispute regarding the work. We have retained the contract, project correspondence, photographs and other records and are dealing with the matter through the appropriate channels. We respect a client's right to express dissatisfaction, but we cannot accept serious technical allegations being presented as established facts where no independent technical finding had been made at the time of publication.

I need a 23m x 2.2m plastered boundary wall on Oak Ave,.out of SABS large cement blocks with the necessary brickforce. It requires a 4m gap for the gate .The only pillars will be on either side of the gate gap .The length of the actual construction is approximately 28m.There is an existing concrete base for a steel with a wrought iron fence . I will remove the fence.
We're looking at building a double garage, roughly 40sqm plus an additional parking, maybe length ways next to the left of the new garage, in front of an existing house.The problem is that there is granite underneath which will have to be excavated to road level and only then can the building commence. The only place available is to the right of the photo and there is a 1.5m building line. New steps to the top of the house will have to be constructed as well. Please see photos.

exterior I just want the structure to be built in fully with the roof and all exterior stuff like : windows, doors. interior I would all the inside wall according to the plan I have to also be built with the stairs. lastly, I want all the inside and outside walls top plaster.
