We would like to create a second dwelling with bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living rooms etc. Second dwelling total area according to the plans is m2. I need to know what the cost estimate would be according to the plans attached. The advert has been shared for objections, period ending 7 May. In addition to cost, I need a realistic timeline.
My sons father urged me to sell my last year, and then take over the payments on the extra car that he does not use. He then said that i can take over the car and the payments and whrn the car os paid up I can put the car on my name. Things arent working out. Too much emotional abusr amd control. I decided to move out and he then immedialtely shouted that i will not take the carm i have been paying the instalment on the car for almost 7 months. He is now leaving me without a car and no transport to get my son to school and back when he is with me. He says he does not care how my son gets to school when he is with me, all because I am moving out. Calling me names and accusing me of harsh things. He also goes to northern cape one week every month then I would stay with the kids. My son and stepdaughter, and take them to school and fetch them for thst week. So he said i dont have to worry about his daughter (17). She can stay hom by herself that week and he will organise transport for her, but i must make plan with transport for my son as he doesnt care how i het fmy son to school since he will be taking the car back. What can I do

We require a quote for a sliding door - ideally 4-slatted - for a bathroom entrance/exit. Opaque glass, possibly with aluminium frame. Aperture width cm, aperture height cm (top of aperture is arched / curved). There are pillars within each side of the aperture, so the outer quarter of each side should be a solid panel, with the central two quarters sliding to each (opposite) side and closing in the middle. Need a quote on 4 and 8 camera's for a freestanding house. I understand that site visits may be required but atleast if I can have an idea on what it could cost between the 4 and 8 camera systems. This woman sold an item for me then conveniently 'lost' her wallet with her bank cards in it. Then 'someone' took money out of her account. She acknowledged the debt and said she'd pay me as soon as she sold other items on behalf of other people and made her commissions..we'll she ghosted me, stopped reading/replying to WhatsApp messages and never answered my calls. Basically she's a scammed. I've had a letter of debt sent too 2 addresses I had and both came back she no longer lives at either address. She continues to advertise items for sale via WhatsApp....
