I have emigrated from Yugoslavia-Serbia to South Africa in , hoping for a better life. It was hard, since I didn’t have anybody there, but I was hoping that, on the end, reward is waiting. Time was passing, struggle continued, and I decided to try to change my life. Africa Is exotic and beautiful from many ways, so I wanted to see the continent before I leave. I went back to my parents,and I was informed by a mutual friend that Miss. Nada Rovcanin, my neighbor, wanted to go to South Africa. So I brought her over, helped with finding accommodation and started preparing a trip through Africa using my savings and pension fund. At the end of the journey, NATO started bombing Serbia, so I went back to South Africa with the idea of applying for a Canadian visa. Nada was still there, spent all the money that she brought with her, working at some restaurant, facing problems with not receiving salaries and extending her visa. Together with Mrs. Ernestine Holloway, who lives currently in the Netherlands, they put pressure on the restaurant owner to take over the restaurant, but they didn’t have enough money. My plans were changed since I get the opportunity to register for M-tech and solve some differences between my overseas and local education systems, so I decided to help Nada in creating a new life by paying for the restaurant with the rest of the pension money I had left after travelling, and sorting out her visa problem through marriage. We lived together for some time already. Mrs. Ernestine Holloway wrote by hand instructions on what should be paid to whom, and stated that I am the sole owner of Rochella's restaurant. That is the only original document that I have left; others are swapped for copies. I also have a bank statement with the transfer as per instructions. Nada prepared three sets of books – for sale, tax and the real ones, but I noticed that she is changing figures on those which supposed to be real. Tired from fighting both sides and obviously unable to control anything, I filed for divorce. She refused, blackmailed, cried, so I have written the final offer you have, giving everything I have and offering even more, just to come with me to the court, but she refused again. Once she told me that the police was looking for me because of some murder case, that I committed a forgery with documentation, that I am on red Interpol wanted list, that I cannot put my foot on African soil and showed me the folded document what I believe was a divorce proposal that I have written, probably expecting to get more money for her mother and other. On the other hand, she brought me the amount of money that I had invested to buy the restaurant, saying that it was sold, told me that she got married and divorced from somebody to get the visa in Sweden, met my new wife and promised that next time she will bring me documentation for one flat ownership. Even send some clothes to our firstborn child. I came to South Africa again in to see living conditions, so that I could bring my new wife and kids, but we have decided not to. Crime level was too high. I went to the police to check my record, and I was told that I am clear. I went to the bank as well, and I was told that the account I have opened for the restaurant is closed. I believe that she used the proposal document that she never rewarded or signed to transfer all asset that were earned during marriage. I have a copy of the document stating that I have given her a one flat that we lived in, other two were on her name. Since she was threatening me with police, and communicating with somebody from TUT, I believe that there is something wrong with the asset transfer since I was never contacted or issued any document still living about meters from her mother?! I am at the age of 58 and my pension in Serbia does not look promising. I helped whenever I could, never expected or ask for any return. Now, I feel fairly humiliated that after all good energy I have spend for her to succeed in life, I came to the point that I have to look for a pension support on this way, but still hope that there is a chance for something good. I bought a puppy - they said the puppy would be registered and would receive the certificate in a month. The puppy is now 4 months and I have had to ask continuously for the certificate. She told me last week Friday that the puppy is not able to be KUSA registered. We want a letter of demand for 50% - we cant give the puppy back now because he is part of the family and we dont know what to do.
I have been Retrenched on the 31st of July because the Company wasn't making enough money. Our Severance Package was supposed to be paid latest 22nd of August. They made a small payment of R17 on the 1st of September. Everytime I enquire about the payment. They say they waiting for Money to come in from contractors.
Greetings I believe my case is more of civil, summary: over a year now since I had a verbal agreement with a couple as I gave them my car and they were to pay monthly payments, and as time went they promised that they want to pay off the car, it’s a financed car. I met the couple via a middleman and initially they were paying via the middleman then I realised I was not getting the money I was supposed to receive, sometimes half sometimes nothing at all, I decided that I want my car back and went to were they stayed with the middleman, they refused with the car and at the time we had a meeting with the police ,only to find out that the middleman asked them for a 20k upfront before they could use the car, of which I didn’t even have a cent or knowledge of. So they wanted their 20k otherwise I couldn’t take my car back, I explained to them I had no knowledge of such but still they refused to give me the car. I left them and cut the middleman out as he was not trustworthy, and that’s when we had the verbal agreement to start afresh settle the matter amicably and we were planing to draft a contract..time went by and I received only 1 payment for over a year now,I’m always the one running after them, before we could draft the contract then the car got involved in an accident driven by the husband at the time, they told me it was nothing to worry about and that they were gonna fix the car and that they planning to pay everything off, that they awaiting some estate settlement claim so that they can pay, now I tried to call it’s always excuses and I’m currently the one paying the monthly instalments for the car but the car is with them…kindly assist ,thank you.
There is a girl that has accused me of sexual harassment. She demand money enough for a house, a house, a house in steyn city as settlement for her to forget , threaten legal action and also demanded an apology and admission(which i did under pressure but have learnt now what she did was illegal).
