I need an approximate quote to build a garden studio which will be 6.6m in length and 3m wide (19.8 sqm). It will consist of two rooms, a small bathroom that is 3m by 1.5m and the remaining space being the studio. The studio will have a pitched roof, three windows and a stacked door as an entrance. I will provide all the bathroom features, as well as windows, stacked door, flooring and IBR sheets for the roof, I just need a quote to put everything together.

The main house consists of 5 bedrooms, the master room with bathroom inside, the 4 bedrooms share one bathroom plus guest toilet. My plan to add more bathrooms for the 4 rooms a self-contained. The new modification: - Turn the garage to a self-contained 1 bedroom. - Add 1 self-contained room annexed to the garage. - Turn the living room to a single self contained room. - Turn the dinning room to a self-contained room. - Open a driveway and remove the existing pool to the front side of house. - Removed the BQ and build 4-6 apartments, ground and one floor up.
