It would be a triple tandem, with aluminium roofing, mounted to the walls with 3 lights installed. It would replace the existing carport roofing and close off the bottom end with another garage door (the installation could be done by the garage door supplier if this isn’t a service provided by you) . The carport is currently accessed through a single curb-side garage door.
We have 2 buildings on one property. One 2 bedroom house and a entertainment area. Plans are currently in circulation with the counsel for approval. We will need to build in stages starting with the foundation of the main house first. I was threatened by a business owner that claims I owe them money but cannot deliver a proper account or statement which I have asked several times for. Her exact words was I must watch my back as she will find me in the streets and deal with me in person as well as well as threatening me that she will come to my house and collect the money herself. I must also meet her after hours at the pharmacy to get my statements so she can deal with me with no witnesses.
Good day ,I had a case at Housing tribunal against Steve tshwete housing which I won and they were orders to return my house belongings or pay me money for my belongings. However when the sharriff went to serve them they where told that the company was under business rescue. To this day 2years later am still waiting for my money from. Steve tshwete housing.
