Agent presented an OTP, did not explain any of the clauses in the contract besides saying it’s for banks approval for the bond and a legal binding document and nothing else. A developer held the keys for the house was newly build claiming that I owe them and now the bank assisted with the sale of the house but there is a shortfall of then the bank offered 50% discount meaning the other 50 % must come from me. Goodday, I am an Executor of a Deceased Estate for last 5 years. The only asset is a house left to me in the will.
