How much does an architect cost in South Africa?
The South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) publishes "standard rates" based on a price per square meter when using a building cost of R12 500 per m².
I made a fairly usable draft with measurements, but need an architect to prevent a sub-optimal or sub-standard new dwelling.
3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen area and double garage.
I'm looking for a double storey with 6bedrooms ensuite all upstairs 1st floor with a balcony and entertainment area at the back..... The ground floor should have an indoor pool but the folding sliding doors should be removed cause it should be all open plan with pliers on the side where the folding sliding doors would be.
I need floor plans for a house and two flat lets on the same property. I have the basic floor plans completed but need proper floor plans to submit to the local municipality. Basic floor plans can be sent through on request.
Good Day. Trust all is well. I have a piece of land, near a mountain bottom end. I want to build a Timber house, Tongue and groove or similar type of thing.. It will have to be lifted of the ground, as the ground slopes downward. The house is approx 18m x 18m, It is rectangular, but on one side there is a 6m x 9m garage. The size also includes a 2m Covered porch on the long side and one short side of the house. I am looking for, Big kitchen, Scullery, Living Room, Main Bedroom with own Shower and bathroom, Built in Cupboards. There will need to be 4 additional rooms aswell. with a second bathroom added somewhere close to the additional rooms. Main bedroom needs sliding door that leads to the covered porch, so does the living room.
Just adding a pool to a site plan
This would just be the living room area which is open plan leading into the kitchen. I would require a decorating design job for the area
