I have a standard brick wall that is 35m long with normal drive way on the one end (within the 35m). Paint is peeling off in many areas and there is one large crack that needs repair. Leaking roof areas caused substantial internal damage, damp on walls and damage to meranti ceilings. Hi there, I am not % sure about these dimensions yet. We are possibly moving into a new property soon and the fencing would be used to keep my cats in our yard. There is one sliding gate and one swing gate. If you have any alternative fencing options that won't allow a cat to climb over I am open to it. Putting my feelers out from pricing for so long. Do you offer a rental option?
We are looking to add a flatlet onto an existing property. 72sqm is estimated size. 1 or 2 bedroom (with dressing room), 1 full bathroom, kitchen open plan to lounge/dining area. Please include plumbing, electrical, sewerage connection to municipal line. Does the rate per sqm also include for fittings, eg. sanitary ware, lights, kitchen sink, gas stove, electric oven, butchers block, geyser, etc?

Already have a carport that is attached to the house. There are wooden pillars supporting it and the roof is covered with IBR Roof sheets. I need to cover the one side of the carport which is not attached to the house and also want something that can the back just to keep a bit of moist out because I stay at the coast.
