We need to build a chalet for hunting visitors. I was only provided with a simple plan and need an estimate to present to the owner. The type of material with dimensions, amount required and cost per unit will be needed. The length is 8.5m, the breadth 7.5m and from foundation to top of roof 5.5m. I roughly calculated the Bathroom to be 2.5m x 2.75m, the Bedroom 3m x 3.75m and Porch 3m x 3.75m.
I intend renovating my parents 1 bedroom an open plan that has a kitchen and a sitting room combined. It also has a toilet inside and thus so makes it a 3 room RDP house. My intension are to start it from the beginning and make a two bedroom with a kitchen sitting room and toilet included house. I have made myself an unprofessional plan that I believe will work also included measurements that im hoping will work
The window dimensions are approximately cm wide × 80 cm high (see attached photo). I would like to close off the fixed window pane with a wall and install an aluminium opening window in the remaining side (so the new window can open). Could you please advise on the feasibility, design options, and cost for this modification? Thanks again.

I need the front door and security gate replaced. I want to put in new built-in cupboards in the kitchen. I want the shower doors to be replaced and put in a beautiful design inside the shower wall. The whole unit needs to be painted certain surfaces may need water proofing. There is a hole on one of the bedrooms walls that needs to be fixed. The door of the built in cupboard in one of the bedrooms needs to be fixed. I would like to put gamazine on the ceiling throughout the house.
There is a small flat outside the main house, and I wish to renovate it so I could move in and have an office space as well. It's not necessary for a kitchen area. I wish to have a nice bathroom though and 3 areas, bedroom, office and an entrance like space I guess. The front space could also be used to break through in order to make the bathroom bigger, or whenever way that will be best to make the bathroom bigger. Walls should be re-painted and definitely the bathroom needs new tiles. Actually the entire flat. But need to know what options I have. Thank you
Looking for 50m of balustrade to be fabricated and installed in Umhlanga on the roof top of a building 9 stories up. Railing is only mm high with mild steel square tubing every 1m as an upright post needed to be mounted into concrete running around the edge of the roof around a pool. Three 50mm x 5mm mild steel flat bar must run from upright to upright spaced out mm. Hand railing must be , 63mm stainless steel tubing. There are two 45 degree angle and one 90 degree corner. Mild steel section of the balustrade must be powder coated dark grey Items need to be pulled up the side off the building as there is no service elevator

Paint the unit and revamp the guest toilet and change shower head and put a glass door in the shower. Add and revamp cupboards in bedroom.
