Was hoping you could help us out as well I intend to build a 3 room/lounge and bedroom with attached bathroom extension to a currently standing house. Lounge: 10 x 7m Bedroom: 7 x 7m Bathroom: 5 x 4m Please could you advise me on how much would this cost incl labour and materials etc. Please do advise the difference in cost if we build a double storey instead of single. The house needs plastering inside and out, all rooms needs new tiles,new ceiling, roof to be checked for leaks, new plumbing, electrical work double checked, new windows all round, painting the house.
