I was dissmissed at work. I need help with the case at CCMA. Was initially given final warning by the first chairperson of the disciplinary hearing then somehow someone swayed the company to review. Please look at my case that's the only way u will pick up " something fishy" that happened. Through out the case they wanted it to be on teams online. I'm the only person they have disciplined online. I've attached some of the documents to give you a little background. Please help me.

1. Rear garage padestrian door has a hole in it from a cat flap being there before. I need to know if it can be repaired or if the entire door has to be replaced. If repaired, then the door would need to be repainted. 2. A drainage hole to be made in the exterior boundary wall. 3. Damp treatment and painting of two room walls. This is a tenanted property, so I am not physically present to check the repairs needed to be quoted on. Someone would need to go to the premises to see the extent of the work needed to be done.
I don't want anything from the marriage but she still insist that I agree to pay all marriage debts even when I don't want anything from settlement. Looking for a residential system of 12 KW using sunsynk / deye / victron inverter (or similar calibre) and 3-4 5KWh pylontech lithium batteries (or similar calibre). Have about m2 of roof (floorspace under roof [not including slant] need to measure properly). Also need installation in Cape Town as soon as is practical. I contracted a tax consultant who has been managing my returns until he went silent during . Since then we are unable to contact nor verify anything RE my tax status, returns etc. I require a professional consultant to represent me and resolve whatever sars issues might still be present due to the "disappearing" consultant.
