I have a backroom large with incomplete double garage ensuite shower and toilet separate incomplete bathroom. Not plastered I need to extend it add two bedrooms, laundry room, two separate toilets, TV room, closet in main bedroom, upstairs two bedrooms and entertainment room for my guests and indoor pool.
We have two bathrooms in the house — the main en-suite bathroom and the passage (house) bathroom. Both currently have baths installed, and we would like to carry out renovations to modernize and improve functionality. The bathrooms share a common wall, which may simplify plumbing access. 2. Main En-Suite Bathroom Current setup: The bathroom includes a large built-in bath that we no longer use frequently. Required changes: Remove the existing bath and all associated fittings. Convert the area into a walk-in shower with a frameless glass enclosure. Install new shower mixer, shower head (preferably rain type), and drainage. Re-tile the shower area and adjacent walls as required to match or refresh the entire room’s aesthetic. Make good any drywall sections affected during demolition or plumbing work. Optionally replace or update the floor tiles if they cannot be matched with the new design. 3. Passage / House Bathroom Current setup: This bathroom also has a standard built-in bath. The cold-water tap is currently not working, and the bath and fittings are dated. Required changes: Remove the existing bath, wall and floor tiles as needed. Install a new bath with modern mixer taps and proper hot/cold functionality. Replace associated plumbing and ensure all taps, drains, and mixers are tested for proper operation. Re-tile the affected areas (walls and floors), maintaining a clean and durable finish. Ensure sealing and waterproofing comply with current standards. 4. General Considerations The bathrooms are constructed with drywall partitions, which have been tiled. Contractor should: Assess the condition of existing drywall after tile removal. Replace or reinforce any sections compromised by moisture or demolition. Ensure all surfaces are correctly prepared for retiling and waterproofing. Additional items: Removal and disposal of old fixtures, tiles, and waste. Minor finishing such as painting touch-ups, silicone sealing, and edge trims. If necessary, provide options for tile selection, shower fixtures, and bath fittings. 5. Deliverables / Quotation Requirements Please provide: A detailed cost estimate broken down by demolition, plumbing, waterproofing, tiling, fixtures, and finishing. Estimated timeframe for completion. Any material allowances or recommendations. Notes on potential structural or plumbing considerations due to the shared wall.

I want to modernise the interiorof my house, make it more of an open plan and more appealing and amongst my existing structure, I want to have a room that I will chhose as my main bedroom, that needs a pros'help ofcourse, because currently I do not have any idea how I can shift or remodel the olan around. I am extending my kitchen into a scullery area of 5SQM, then wall which separates it from an open area of about 16sqm which will be my living room. There will be entrance hallway extension of 6sqm which will lead from my current front door to the new front doorway. The current kitchen sink will be moved into the scullery area.

It’s a main house and granny flat
Free standing double storey house to be built with pool and pool house, total area of m2. Awaiting engineer to assess connection point for sewer line (on an empty plot) before architect finalizing plans for approval but complete draft & 3D images available for the final plan. Intending to build out of pocket and will buy most of my own materials for the construction. No strict timeline. Project possibly to be commenced mid next year plus.
