This is on behalf of a refugee who has been here since - with renewed refugee permits every 4 years. As of , Home Affairs stopped cooperating with regards to giving an updated permit. There is currently a standing application with the Standing Committee for permanent residence as the refugee has established a full on life here despite being born in the DRC. They have no life left for them there as they arrived here at the age of 4. I need a quote on what it would take to finalise the process with the standing committee

I paid SA Engines in strad to rebuild my Navarra dubbel cab bakkie. Bakkie haa been worked on for more than a year. Rebuild the engine 3 times ,and now the owner don't won't to work on it anymore. Bakkies engine is now fully stripped standing at Sa Engines. I have all the proof I need on whatsapp conversations we had. Have already typed out the conversation to make a fraud case the police station 2 months ago and haven't heard anything back. Please I now I have enough evidence but don't have more money to force SA Engines to deliver what is already paid for a year ago. I'm desperately looking for a protocol lawyer.

I paid lobola of R last year July they her side of the family, did a lobola celebration according to their tswane tradition and my 2 reletives were there. We have not yet went to home affairs to register yet...thank god but I am working in Witbank and she is staying with her mother in Johannesburg also studying....I proposed that she stops school for now n come and stay with me in Witbank as undeliverably so, so she refused and she says she won't do that, she doesn't want kids and says she is not ready for kids. The complainant has withdrawn their statement. Prosecution would like Senior Prosecution to appear in the next appearance to decide if case should go to trial.
Hello. We need help with a road accident. The guilty party T-boned my boyfriend’s car on Corlett drive because he didn’t check oncoming traffic when he tried to cross the road. Now the owner of the other vehicle (the driver’s father) keeps delaying when asked to share any third party insurance details. The accident happened in my boyfriend’s car but he wasn’t the driver, someone else was. His car wasn’t insured. But we do have a witness statement and camera footage of the accident from CAP has been put in evidence lock.
