There are trees growing against the wall which I need to remove but that may cause the wall to fall or break 2 or 3 slabs. It's precast wall. I need to repair tomorrow if it breaks, 20 Dec.

Passage: • To create new “L” passage to the right of the Beau Dental Store, walls to be double bricked to the underside of the roof, plastered and painted to match • To allow for new suspended type ceiling with grid work, white ceiling boards, installed in the new passage • To allow for 8 of x LED panel lights in the new passage • To allow floors to be made good and to install new floor tiles to match existing • To move existing complete turnstile including power supply to the middle of the passage • To make good external walls at the entrance of new passage; make good walls, plaster & paint to match • To move fire extinguisher cabinet from old passage to new • To move existing gate from old passage to new Beau Dental: • To break open walls on left side into the old passage • To break open walls on the old passage which lead into Tops • To lay a new wall to close off the old passage, right to the underside of the roof, plastered & painted white • To remove all existing floor coverings and provide a smooth level concrete floor • To allow to move the existing DB to a new position • To allow to move existing water meter, sink, pipes, etc to a new position • To remove shop fronts completely and lay double brick wall, plastered and painted to match common walls • To supply & install new suspended type ceiling with grid work including the old passage • To supply & install 6 off x LED panel lights in store • To remove existing AC unit including air curtain and discard • To make good all walls & paint white
