Good day, I am in the process of considering to buy and renovate a house. There is a few notable changes I would like to consider. The first one is to extend the current garage in order to accommodate a second vehicle. The garage currently is 16,5m squared and the backyard can accommodate the extension. A door will need to be added for courtyard and braai room access. The second change is to revamp the current front wall to accommodate a motorized gate. Not too sure if this will need to get approved or designed by an architect? Third change is to close off an existing sunroom for privacy. The wall will be approximately 4,21m and will need a few windows for sunlight. Fourth change will be to extend the current living area to create a braai room. This will join the tandem garage and will be dependent on the building lines allowed by the building commission / municipality. If all goes well, this change will be approximately 24,6m squared (8,2m x 3m) The fifth and final potential change is to add a scullery. Remove all existing bathroom floor and wall tiles. Install new shower and tile entire floor with only the wall in shower area to be tiled, remaining bathroom to be skimmed and painted white. bathroom is approximately 7 sqm (en suite). One entire wall (2m x 2.5m) has existing pine cupboards, floor to ceiling. Existing toilet and bidet to remain in place.
Hi there, Our lovely garden in Craighall Park has been badly damaged by a tenant's dogs, and they've let the weeds grow wild. The tenants will be leaving at the end of March, and going forward with whoever moves in, we'd like to include a weekly or bi-weekly garden service in with the rent. Please could you advise on what this might cost? We will also need an initial once-off replant and clean up, to fix the edges of the flowerbeds, pull out weeds (including mulberry saplings which are terrible to try and dig out) and replant with very hardly water-wise plants such as white wild iris and wild garlic that will bounce back fast after hail, and survive better with negligent tenants. - Remove existing wadrobes (2.5 x 0.56 m) & install them in the outside room - Remove bath (1.94 x 1.21 m) - Build wall separating bathroom (remaining shower, toilet & basin) from the closet (see below) - remove part of window & brick it - Install walk in closet where the bath is & mirror entry door - may need to remodel the rest of the bathroom Will need plan to agree on the design before we start.

Hi there, I have a property at Ferndale Brackenfell that has a tenant and I need a reliable handyman services that I can use. I currently need a sliding door fixed, wooden front door replaced, leaking tap, checking if the bathroom mixture in the shower needs a change, later on to change fascia boards, pressure clean the roof tiles/ carport and gutters if you work with those. Then anything other issue that might arise and check if there's a need to change the bathroom mixer. Do you perhaps work with swimming pools?
