Goodday, I am an Executor of a Deceased Estate for last 5 years. The only asset is a house left to me in the will. Good day, I have a situation where I have a month to month contract with a rental property. I have paid my account timeously ever since moving in, they have provided me with a notice that I need to be out by the end of the month at 12h00 during the day, (while I have spoken to the agent explaining to her that I am at work and will not be able to take time off, as it is our month-end and I can only move my things out by the 1st, as it falls on a public holiday), being fully aware that I will only be able to move into the new place by the 1st of the new month.
