We live in Melville with tandem parking between the house and boundary wall. The width of the area is 2.6m, just enough to squeeze a car in. We can fit 2 cars back to back. We would like a quote on a wood slate carport roof to be created between the house wall and boundary wall to shade and cover the 2.6 wide space where the cars park. If the wood slats can be covered that would be idea. Thank you!
IRB waterproofing quote needed. Greetings to whom it may concern, I have a house with part of the roof being flat. The problem initially was the gutter connectors are to small for a large amount of water. Subsequently outlet avenues were made available as to alleviate the water buildup. I have had work done on the roof and recently had an assessor from outsurence asses the roof His recommendation is that a thorough waterproofing needs to be done as the waterproofing done last year is flaking and allowing some water to seep through. This needs to be sorted out and would request an assessment and quote in this regards.

Hi, I’d like to get quotes to automate an existing roll-up garage door in Jeffreys Bay. It is a single (not double) garage. There is a possibility that the door itself will need to be replaced so can you also provide a separate price to replace the door as this cost will be paid by the property’s owner.

I would like to have the 5 panels replaced please. Sizes are as follows: 4m x mm per panel and there are 5 panels in total. I have an open balcony on top of a concrete slab. Under the balcony is my scullery as well as a bedroom. Between the tiled floor and the wall around the balcony, water is leaking into the scullery and bedroom. The leaks are only just where the roof and the wall meets, not any other places on the roof. In the corner of the bedroom you can also see the damp on the wall, just opposite the one outlet of the water on the balcony.

The bathroom, laundry & garage had been added to the existing house and sone time after the initial build, the corrugated roof of this new structure (which includes these 3 areas) was raised. When it rains, it leaks into the old structure on one side (that we are aware of) where the old and new structures meet..
We have an existing shade port with a fixed front wall and 2 x side panels and an automated garage door. We have the garage door motor and 2 x fluorescent lights fitted to the roof support structure. The roof is in 2 x sections, with a flexible join in the middle. The existing material used does not provide sufficient waterproof cover. Depending on options available, we may consider replacing 2 x sides as well. Our priority is the roof area.
