I have dampness on two external walls in my downstairs bedroom and the wall of my garage. In the bedroom, the paint is bubbling and there is white powder (salts) on the bottom 50cm of the wall. In the garage, there are dark wet patches that seem to get worse after rain. The house is about 30 years old. I would like a free inspection and an itemized quote for a permanent solution.

An estimate of 5x5m inclusion There is a semi circular raised flower bed behind the pool against the wall that needs to be decked over. This includes the half wall between the pool and flower bed. It also needs decked stairs to the roof which is about 1.5m high and decking coverage on the existing concrete stairs of around 60cm in height

We would like to add an addition to the side of our house. This addition would include three rooms, one of which would be the main room with a small en-suite bathroom attached. We are also considering incorporating an open area that could serve as a lounge and provide access to the outside.
