We are getting married and I am looking for a local caterer - the wedding is an informal garden wedding, approximately 35 guests and will be a lunchtime event. I would like canapes to be served around the pool prior to the service, then a 2-course buffet (main and dessert) with a selection of lamb, chicken and beef (and maybe pork), veggies, rice and salads.
