How long does an architectural project typically last?
Let's go over the timeline for the construction of a new family home.
I want to extend the current house structure into a 3 bed, 2 bath + carpor/garage, the current structure will have to be converted into an open Lounge/Dining/Kitchen & Bathroom. The current main bedroom & bathroom will have to be broken down to make space for the open plan Lounge/Dining/Kitchen & The current guest bedroom be converted into a bathroom. The new 3 bedrooms & bathroom will use the open space at the back. I am open to layout changes/suggestions. There's no front boundary wall, this would have to included. Paint Color scheme: Light Grey/Charcoal/White Windows & Doors: Charcoal (Aluminium) I've attached the current house plans.
I have just moved into a beautiful 4 bedroom house in Fourways. I had a lady come in to do the vastu on my place. She has given me a list of what I need to do to create good energy in the home ie where things need to be placed etc.i would ideally like assistance with my living room, dinning room, kitchen, entrance hall and main bedroom. I need help with the correct furniture to buy, placement of furniture colors etc.

We are looking to change our current auditors of 20 years due to changed circumstances. The current work consists of: 1. Income tax return (SAAFFI is tax exempt) in June/July 2. Submission of the annual NPO report (written by us) to the department of Social Development 3. Preparation of the annual financials and signing off once approved by the AGM in mid January. SAAFFI does not employ anyone so there is no PAYE or UIF etc.
We need a company that specialises in small businesses. We had a book keeper consultant but find they are not giving us the service we need. We will require someone to assist our admin lady in understanding how to do the VAT returns and then a service that does our tax returns etc and can guide us on all the financials.
