We need a redesign of our webpage, the design is outdated and the pictures are to slow to open. Text and 90% of the pictures stay the same. Not sure if a "one pager" works?

What is needed on the site: Smart front main page -Should show 3-5 slides with promotions and specials -Search menu on top -Cookies enabled allowing user search tracking Hyperlink enabled on all, Sign in account , where user’s need to create an account and add items to a trolley Ability to pay via paypal , EFT Admin: a portal or something relevant where I could change specials / prices / add promotions etc – not change the site but change items etc. Example of site: https://pclinkshop.co.za/ Main categories on top Sub category (no pictures etc just links) I.e: Main Category – Computing Sub Cat : Laptops , Desktops Repairs company
Design should be fluid, fit any devise its accessed on.
