The roof is not tiled but some sort of metal or composite water proofing, light enough not to need a metal lintel. Addition to existing studio / room in the roof. What is required is brickwork, roof, floor (pine), no sanding and painting, and the windows and door (Aluminium): Engineering drawing for pinning the roof against the walls. No plastering inside / only outside. No plumbing / no electricity / no bathroom / no balcony. Thats it, unless I prefer email contact for the quotes.
