Separation of my sewerage pipe from the neighbors' sewerage pipe as I always have drain blockage whilst I'm not suppose to because I'm mostly not around and things that comes out from the drain she agrees that are from her side, she's got more than 15 foreign tenants I have none but I'm the one suffering
Toilet-My two toilet are forever dripping water and as such waste a lot of water...Bathtub-The hot water pressure on my bath tub is too small and takes forever...Sink-My two sinks stoppers when pressed down to stop water from escaping the sink could not come back to their original position.Water stays long in my sinks and takes forever to go out. I have a flat corrugated roof on my outbuilding, I have issues where water is dripping down the walls when we have excessive rainfall, recently hire a pro who use rubberized waterproofing and did not do a good job, so I am a lost for words and who and what to trust. Problem: Hot water temperature too high, pipe/s making Hammering, thudding sounds. Only registered, certified plumbers' quotes will be accepted. Check thermostat & geyser pressure valve, set temperature to 55 degrees Celsius; In addition: Replace washers to bath, shower, kitchen sink, washing machine & dishwasher taps; Water Jet cleaning of water system. Good morning, please can you provide a quote for the following plumbing issue. There is a T junction where the sewer from one toilet runs into the pipe from the main toilet. The T junction is within about 2 metres from the main toilet and 5 metres from the second toilet. There appears to be a broken or damaged pipe in this area and this restriction is creating a blockage. It seems that the T junction will need to be replaced. There is obviously paving that needs to be removed in order to reach this section. We have previously had a plumber in who tried to clear the blockage and gave us the above information. We would like to receive a few quotes before going ahead with the repairs. Thank you. Kind regards
I am looking for quotes for splitting the pipework in 6 unit complex so that each unit has its own incoming water supply and install a stop valve per unit. We require this so that we can install prepaid water meter. So if you can offer prepaid water meter as well and make it one inclusive quote , that ill be highly appreciate otherwise just the first part is the most important for now.
