I have a standing house but my roof is not according to building protocols and I have some leakages. The roof will need to be replaced and brought up to building standards. It needs:exterior and interior painted white Front wall needs to be built higher, double glazing in front 2 bedroom sash windows. There has been infidelity from my husband with my sister and he keeps changing his story after trickle confessions and then now claims to have lied because he "just wanted to give me realistic answers to my questions". He claims to not remember his relationship with her. I caught them together after midnight in our lounge in the dark. He confessed that time it happened often. He was angry about me stopping all interaction with her because as per him, he wanted to escalate it so he can stop it. I need us to see a professional so I can get some direction please

I have a builder-designed IBR roof on a cottage that has leaked repeatedly despite multiple repair attempts by the original contractor. The roof appears to be low-pitch / near-flat. The roofing on the house and flatlet has to be completely redone and the walls on the inside and outside has to be redone as it has water damage. The water and electricity has to be redone in the main house and in the flatlet all the kitchen cupboards has to be redone and replaced aswell as all the sinks in the house and flatlet.
