Paint interior walls and doors, new flooring with vinyl, Decorative ceiling and steel balustrades as well as paving. Basically, there's a lot that needs to be done around the house. Wall preparation is required. Part of the house is older and previous paint will need scraping. The front only of the boundary wall also requires some damp fixing in a section, plastering in the same section before painting, and the top crowns of the wall need painting.
