I want someone to help me reduce my monthly payment of child support due to i have to pay for skool fees and everything around it and everything my children has going in skool and other party doesn't. First time i saw the legal paperwork for divorce me and my ex partner talked about changing stuff in the paper and nothing was done as we discussed and after I signed it and got home i saw nothing was changed. How can i get help and how can someone assist me to change the paperwork
Looking for assistance in getting a divorce from an in community of property marriage. Husband is very aggressive and abusive but I don't think he will contest it. We have 3 kids involved that I need maintenance for and visitation rights set in place for him. I would like to start the process as far as possible before we have to involve him as he still lives here. The bond is both of our names only and we would need to mediate how it will work and if I can stay here for his kids sales. He has his own business and might claim he is unemployed but if his business bank statement is pulled it will show how much money he brings in. He also hardly helps monthly with payments. The reason for the divorce is that he cheated twice that I know of and I can't carry on anymore with his abusive behaviour.

Has a date printed on all pages showing the approximate time frame of the Will and dated on the page explaining " how to sign the will" the Masters are not accepting the will because the date is not handwritten. We have 30 days to appeal.

I registered a Close Corporation with my three children. I did everything solo as they were still at tertiary. They are done now but their priority is now to focuss and grow in their careers. So we all agree to dissolve the Cc and keep the structure as our shared family home. We have no debts to anyone. Continuing with the Cc is costing me money unnecessarily.
