I am replacing two toilets and one bathroom basin cupboard. So three replacements in total. All the items are already purchased. In other words, I have the two toilets with their mechanisms, toilet wax, and seats, as well as the bathroom basin and cupboard with the easy trap waste trap. Note, that I do not have cement for the toilets.
I need some maintenance and relatively minor (hopefully) repairs and painting done on my home including; bathroom grout/silicone repair, kitchen cabinet repair (hoping maintenance can be done rather than a remodel) and some painting done due to minor water damage in spots. Floor that will provide warmer underfoot than tiling. We have the top vinyl laminate at the moment. the kind that is not glued down. it could not stand up to a thorough flooding these last storms. waterlogged and curling at the edges, strips of vinyl coming off in the heavy traffic areas. I have 2 wall sharing outbuildings. I would like 1 of the unit to have plumbing and electric completed. The plumbing pipes are already in place, just need connection in bathroom. Electricity needs to be pulled from main house to outbuildings. Then interior will need cementing in bathroom and main room(bachelor unit no walls besides bathroom). Roofing is in place, it's corrugated. Will need ceiling.

Install a small the toilet basin cupboard. Install / run electric cable from house to gate Install 4 front wall lights. Fix kitchen sink cupboard
Remove existing toilet, pedestal basin and taps, medicine cabinet, 2xtowel rails, hand towel holder, toilet paper holder and toothbrush holder. Replace above. The pedestal basin is replaced with a cabinet basin. I am out of town from December 23 through 30, so any time before or after that would be great.
