It is a Trust with investments. Less than 30 transactions a month between the 3 bank accounts. The one bank account only has interest and the bank charge literally two transactions. The other will have share movement related transactions. I would need the accounts maintained on Pastel and the share movement maintained on excel. Please provide quote.
The matter is withdraw, there was potential dishonest, betray and misrepresentation by my lawyer with collusion with my opponents, explosive evidence were concealed and extremely compromised to my prospect of success, the improper conducts and maladministration was conducted. The matter need transfer of the case from PE labour court to any Labour Court for reinstatement of the review, the transfer will be based on the potential interference and several reasons that occur on my matter. I am in possession of the explosive evidence and reliable witnesses to provide statements/affidavits and the reinstatement will be supported by those affidavit and my supplementary affidavit. Evidence will be prepared for my submission to the appointed legal representative, immediately when the instruction will be done.

I'd like to erect an inexpensive 5×7 meter dwelling as the primary dwelling. It should be made from corrugated iron on the outside, a wooden frame which can hold ~ 20mm plywood as the inner wall. It can be a flat roof or a slight trussed roof. I do not want a foundation so elevated on poles or a simple mm concrete slab will suffice. This needs to be approved by the Piketberg Municipality so I don't know if you work in this region.
I don't want custody of my grand daughter who I have cared for basically the past 5yrs. Last 2-1/2 yrs appointed as her safe parent by the court. I was asked by social worker if I was willing to be her primary caregiver but declined as her parents would not need to pay anything toward her upbringing so I declined. On 4Sept she was placed in her mother's care as primary parent. Both parents would prefer me out my granddaughters life even though mom had told me that she won't keep my granddaughter away from me. When disputing the rulings of final court order the biological mom voiced to me that I have nothing to do with my granddaughter anymore as she and my son from whom she is estranged are my granddaughters parents. There is a long history between myself & my granddaughters biological parents and not a good history either. They turned against me for the worse the day my granddaughter was placed in my care & not in foster care. I am wanting to dispute the court ruling where no mention was made that I am allowed visitation rights with my granddaughter

I was sold out by a union that represented me on march this year.i was unfairly dismissed with the company I worked for fifteen years.the union promised to forward the matter to bargaining council.i found out later that there was no such.and bargaining council withdraw the case because it was late.and there was no valid reason why the case was late .I find myself being oppressed by my company and the union I paid for fifteen years.
I was paid short on my salary I queried with my manager and she swore at me I proceeded to ask the other manager she was new to our unit she then claimed my money was not paid short but that the previous manager did not do the payroll system correctly and furthermore I owe the company 77 hours which will be deducted from my next salary. She failed to inform me that she detected errors on the payroll system and just said I was paid in advance for shifts I didn't work yet I didn't give consent to any deductions and none of that information was disclosed to me when I started working that I was being paid in advance. I was employed on a month to month contract basis and my contract expired on August 31st. I went into work on the 1st of September and did not sign a new contract I did not return to work again I resigned. I made a case at my local ccma and the company notified me they are objecting to arbitration please advise
Good day; My brief is as follows; it was on 24th August I forgot my passport in my friend's car on our way home from a stadium for soccer match. The same night my friend was traveling cross boarder. At the boarder post from where he went they find him with my passport upon vehicle search. He called me about the matter and I drove to boarder for statement and affidavit but the official told me that they hold the passport for investigation, 1 week later the discharged him with a fine and forfeited my passport. But my passport was not involved in any kind of offense, I simply forgot it in the car. Please I don't know any how to retrieve my passport back. I am a Malawian national.
