Farm house roof (corigated Iron) is leading in two sections, main bedroom and kitchen. Need the leaking sections waterproofed. May also need to have the rest of the roof inspected for other leaks. Ceilings in mainbedroom, guest bedroom and kitchem to be replaced (only sections of the ceilings in each room). However, would need someone to come out and inpect first and advise and then quote. We will be on the farm from 24th September for a couple of weeks, so if the inspection can happen either Wed 24th Sep or Thu 25th Sep it would be appreciated. If adive and quote is accepted we would need the job done asap, while we are still on the farm, which is only a couple of weeks. Please note I need someone that is in the area as I do not have accommodation for the team on the farm, so they would have to travel in every day and I cannot afford to pay travel costs. I need a lawyer to file condonation and review to the labour court. I was dismissed on the 13 March through section A Arbitration held through Transnet Bargaining Council. Before the start of the case the ER Manager and the union held a private meeting with the outcome of the meeting coming with a suggestion that the hearing process be changed to submission by writing and should not seat for formal hearing to cut time short which the commissioner alluded not being familiar with the process but agrees if everyone is in agreement which offcause I was under the illusion that the union said I am not pleading guilty of any charges but be given a chance for return submission. Fast foward the union failed to submit arguments and decided not to respond to my enquiries about the status of the case after the company handed over the award by commissioner without my submission which somehow state that I pleaded guilty for everything. Further to this the union affirmed me through recorded calls and whatsup that they will file for unfair dismissal since the company approached then to settle the case outside hearing and the fact that the commissioner was made aware but nevertheless I was dismissed. Through frustration and investigations I found out that the union never filed any dispute or any condonation which I suspect there has been a collusion between the union and the company about this matter. I have collected lots of information to file for condonation and resolution to the labour court and I am in need of a specialized lawyer who will able to assit in this regard

I need an investigation, I strongly suspect my husband is cheating with someone from his church. He also switched of his phone at night. We are not staying together for now because of the financial situation was not good. He stays in centurion and his a sales agent and sometimes do bolt. The car his driving is under my name so I have a tracker app but he always says he park the car at his friend because he have another car that is parked where he stays. He got two phones but he says he left the other one in his apartment but I do see his never been there.
