How long does an architectural project typically last?
Let's go over the timeline for the construction of a new family home.
I have a carport currently that is adjoined to the main house. Having 2 of the sides attached to the house. I would like to convert the space into a double garage instead of the double carport. I would also like to have the roof made of slabs to allow for the space above the garage to be used as an "entertainment" area (so no normal roof rather slabs). The garage is to have a window and a walk-in door in addition to the double garage door. Note that the one open side currently is close to the boundary wall between me and the neighbour. The other non-attached side is the entrance driveway to the carport. Additional to this, is a small portion of leveling out the main house back door entrance area and putting up an awning / clear roof cover. This is allow me to get to the house's back door easily from the garage.

Double storey in ebony park midrand. 4 rooms ground floor with a shared bath, tiolet and double eashing sink. The same for the first floor. Exh room 4x4m with a window, door and fully tiled. I need a built in cupboard and a built in counter top that is sink level with 3 cupboard sections under it. Each unit will have separate eskom meter and fully plastered and painted inside. Outside brickwork is red standard face brick but inner line using cement bricks since inside will be plastered. Shared bath will have a shower and tiled floors, shared toiled one shank and tiles floor.

I am at this moment just looking for pricing on building and add on bath room as per picture attached below. I will be a 3 x 3 bathroom connected to the outside room I have for the kids, it needs a toilet, basin and a shower. I had renovations done. Was supplied with bad products. They have refunded me for tiles and materials. But l require quotations for chip and replace of 86 sq/m tiles. Removal of kitchen cupboards, and re installation.Removal of moulded granite /quartz tops(island and cupboard tops). Removal of kitchen sink and re installation. Also removal of skirting as well as some pvc ceiling boards with Cornish.

Mopani Estate in Lephalale has a problem with the tar road potholes and disintegration from rain and drain water. Is there any company near Lephalale in Limpopo that can send an expert to investigate possible long term solutions We are not getting any help from the local munisipality therefore taking our own initiative
I need a semi attached house which caught fire to be demolished. What remains of the attached house is vacant. The owner of the attached part has abandoned the property for some time. There has been foreign nationals who since moved in , however they have also abandoned the property after the house burnt. I am the owner of the other attached dwelling. I wish to rebuild , however I cannot rebuild without demolishing the current structure and impacting the ajoining abandoned building.
