I am a mom to a 4 year old boy. His father and I have separated and has been a year now. I fell out love with him, it happened over some time. When I came clean with him about my decision, he became physical, abusive, and he would mistreat me Infront of our son. I took a decision that I should leave and couldn't live in the same place with him. I moved out of our old apartment with my son. I believed that it was an important decision to make because I was no longer feeling safe with him, and I wanted to protect my son from his own father. At least he left me to leave and move to a different apartment in Pretoria North. We arranged for him to visit his son whenever he wanted to see him, and sometimes he would take him for sleepovers, well it didn't sit well with me but he is the father after all and he should be given a opportunity to spend some time with his son. Despite all that has happened between us. Last year he came to my apartment, to fetch his son without letting me know, and I couldn't respond to his calls. I only managed to respond to him few minutes later, and that's when he got into the apartment to attack me, my son was there crying and tried to stop him. I then received an offer to go work overseas, Canada. I wanted to live with my son, it is a good opportunity for both me and my son. I asked his father for permission to leave with my son for Canada, it was a struggle, but he finally agreed. My son and I are currently living in Canada, since February this year . His father wants me to bring my son home to South Africa for school holidays, but I am unable to and it's becoming a problem. Please advise

The property I bought from public works, paid on March . I was told that because the purchase price is way less than a million, there's no transfer costs needed. While waiting I then received an email from public works in to say at the time when I made a payment the price had increased so there's a shortfall. To my surprise the shortfall is twice the purchase amount.
