The cables at the bottom of Stockville Road are stolen at least 5 nights out of 7, every week for almost the past month, this impacts a huge area and they can have outages of up to 9 hours at a time. When they arrest the thieves, others replace them the next night.

We require security during the construction of a wall so as to prevent people from breaking the wall midway during construction. The services will required three times as it will take the contractor three days to complete.
