Unfair labor or ethical conditions in my previous work place, being a best learner in electrical engineering department for didn't get me a job in the company which I served for 3 years as an apprentice electrician and I feel I was treated unfairly because still today I'm not employed but my other apprentice they've been employed for over 3 years now.

I need to make a decision about my employment benefits that involves choosing between sets of contracts. I have 3 main options: 1. Sign nothing - my employment contract and anything I have in writing remain, but everything else falls away 2. Sign opting out of new benefits - not sure on the implications of this one versus #1 3. Sign up for the new benefits - this would replace the benefits in my employment contract I would need advice about my employment contract, writing about performance-related bonuses (this is one or two emails I have received), the document I have been asked to sign, and the benefits policies (this is several documents)
It is for my son, he was arrested for not paying a bill at Wimpy Gordonsbay. He was in Pollsmore awaiting trial. He was released with bail application. Just after that he was employed in Worcester and at last is earning a salary. He do not have transport and public transport from Worcester is non existing. He was arrested this morning in Worcester.
When I left my teaching job at a Potchefstroom school, I also had to leave the hostel flat accommodation where I lived. I left temporarily, some valuable electrical & other items behind & without any consultation or agreement with me, they made unilateral evaluations of said items ~ a fridge, a washing machine and a base / bed set. I am now trying to recover the difference between their evaluation & mine, but they’re not being transparent or cooperative.
It's not just divorce. Being a stay at home mom for 17 years. When I got a job on my own because he always complains when I ask for money he made me leave it. I'm now not even aloud to go buy my own groceries for the house. He works away and has been making R or more but still has debt. He buys expensive things the.n claims there is no money when I ask. I am receiving threats from my ex boyfriend for money or else he will release intimate pictures that were taken during our time together. He has threatened to release them by the 31st July if he does not receive payment and is threatening to destroy my life and my reputation. I need to take immediate action.
An agent never disclosed I have no parking bay. Now I have to rent people parking space. At the moment my car has no parking space.i feel I was betrayed. If I recall well the advert had said there’s 1 parking space. And when I went to view the property, the seller and the agent showed me my parking bay. Nothing was mentioned about me renting a parking bay 🥺
Out of community of property with Husband not willing to pay maintenance or medical assistance. I am unemployed. Reason - he requested divorce in said I should get a job and stay with my children. He unfaithful in relationship with another woman. He only saw attorney now. The court case will take place in Standerton. Still waiting for divorce papers
We signed a document under the false impression (estate agent misinformation at a time of stress) which we thought was a credit, but was a loan of R, when we moved into our Retirement Village. They now say we owe well over a Million rands. We were under the impression that a loan could only charge % interest and was fixed. We accept that we signed, but our (fired) previous lawyer told us they cannot charge as they did. HELP!!!!
