How long does an architectural project typically last?
Let's go over the timeline for the construction of a new family home.
I need someone to finish my bathroom, I've had a builder whom I've paid a lot of money to who didn't finish the job and is absolutely useless. There are issues with bathrooms that I have the main bathroom is unfinished and it's literally a building site. He did really bad tiling and there are a number of issues that need resolving.

Hi, Our backdoor aluminum doors is needing to be replaced. We have a leaking issue where the we cant find the source of the leak which comes through the top of the backdoor but we can see that it has caused mold and serve cracks. I'm needing a quote for the door to be replaced, if possible the source of the leak to be detected and what that fix would cost. Can you advise if this is possible to provide a quote for above?

If it’s 7 bedrooms, three has to be big rooms and three normal and the last one has to be a master bedroom. But if 10 bedrooms can fit, then, I can have one master bedroom and the rest normal. My income is i rent rooms out. My propery is big enough to build 2 flats. So i need cash and profesional help. Here is friends that sant to hell but not in the wright way they just see money. So if there is a private lender that can help me i would realy appr. The only seq that o have to oay back is my house. Or the 2 flats to sell
I have a 2x bedroom, 1x bathroom, separate toilet, living room and kitchen I need all doors and frames changed, windows changed, add extra bathroom, add extra room and garage and add another living area, roof changed, new build ins, tiling, electrical works n plumbing. Looking to build a small 1(2 if possible) bedroom house with open plan kitchen / living area and 1 .5 bathrooms on a plot 20km out of potch in ventersdorp direction. Will need help with plumbing but got electrical sorted At this stage i need pricing so i know how much money i need to get together to start asap. Doesnt have to be anything fancy, normal bricks, no paint or fancy plaster, plain cement floors and zinc roof also acceptable. Trying to keep costs as low as possible but would also like to add additonal room and bathroom in a year or 2 when i have more money.
