Please I would like to have a quotation of a building that has a floor and ceiling that is damaged because of an air handling unit that is placed on top of timber floor. The ceiling below that floor is also affected. Please I would like to have the following in the quotation: 1. An investigation on the cause and extend of the water damage on the floor/ceiling. 2. It is a double story renovation from rental to a bed and breakfast. There is four to 5 plugs per room, every room has an en-suite bath/shower. It is 11 bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, Reception area, 2x linen rooms, each floor has its own DB, earthing required, outside lights working with a day/night switch, 2x geysers, 1 stove

The Aluminum should be matte charcoal aluminum and where I indicated on the sheet, there should be burglar bar added. Please note that there have been some changes made to the plan. The correct product is indicated on the spread sheet. (you can only refer to the list when doing the quotes). D03 – is a door with no windows. We’d like to request a quote for the following activities: - Scoping and changing water usage at an office building; - This would include, installation of taps, which use less water; - Reduce bucket load of toilets/placing a brick in them or having spring mechanisms installed for no continued flushing by accident; - Water efficiency at the car washing area? They already use a hose. - We would like to implement changes that do not have to change peoples behaviors, rather work around those behaviors. i.e. reduce water coming out of taps for example, instead of trying to police people. - The office block has two levels and a small house area and a security house, this would then include o 2x women’s bathrooms, o 2x men’s bathrooms, o A bathroom for the apartment, o Bathroom for the security hut. We'd need the work to reduce water consumption by at least 20% and need a quote to approve funding requirements. Please let me know if there is any additional information I could supply. The funding is a fund we are fetching for a greening of a building. Funds will be released, we just need to know how much.
The basement is humid and is smelling musty, the walls are flaking in one of the rooms. In winter, cold air seeps through into the ground floor because of the wooden flooring and the spacing between the floor boards. I want a cost effective, economical and durable solution like a fibre seal for walls and underflooring.
I have a flat concrete slab roof. I need to replace the current torch on as it is leaking when it rains heavily and causing damp through out the building. The roof portion that needs sealing is over sqm, but I don't know the exact number off hand. I will need to go there later or tomorrow and walk off the measurement. I would like this sooner rather than later, but am a little flexible. I attempted a short term fix as I wanted to build on the roof, but it looks like I will have to wait on that now and just repair the roof. See attached pictures.
I wanted to request the advice and a quotation. We have damp coming through the concrete floor, and have been advised that the main problem is that the paving around the house is directing rain water towards the house rather than away from it. We would therefore need to reset the paving and possibly consider other aspects of drainage For your urgent consideration.
Repairs of aged/damaged water proofing on small sections of the roof showing signs of water damage and cracks. Cleaning of existing waterproofing membranes on the rest of the roof and replacing damaged pieces with overcoat and torching. Application of 2x overcoat matching the existing colour of the house.
We have a building that is accommodation for about 8 tenants. We are in need of an electrical COC for the building and for someone to ensure that the building is compliant. Every room (8 rooms) has its own DP box and we need to know how the charges will work - per room or one final cost. This is a bit of an emergency and we are looking to have someone come in tomorrow.
