Good day, Require a quote from a reliable and reputable cleaning services company for the cleaning of our house twice a month as while we are working abroad. (The house keys will have to be kept by the company) I will be returning to South Africa every 3 - 4 months for a 3 week period per visit. This cleaning service will be required for a 2 - 3 year period. Cleaning services will be required from the 1st week of November . (Cleaning services company are welcome to do a site visit, to ensure correct quote and requirements are met by both parties) Require the following services for an open plan, minimalistic house in The Coves Estate, Broederstroom - R: Dusting of furniture and cabinets etc Cleaning of the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, (including granite tops, shower glass panels etc) Vacuuming of vinyl floors and mopping of the vinyl floors Once a month Window cleaning (only inside the house), taking away the wind/dust stoppers and clean the bottom area at the sliding doors. Once cleaned please put the stoppers in place again. Please clean/wipe the Venetian blinds in the kitchen and bathrooms Upholstery oil - two recliner chairs PLEASE - ensure that all the sliding doors are locked, windows properly closed and all the blinds pulled down once the workers are done with the cleaning services.
