The garage is 15 m x 7 m The avery is 7 m x 5.15 m I would like to renovate the garage into a 3 bed 2 bath house and the Avery into a "club house" bathroom and maybe a kitchenette. Good day I would like to launch a CCMA case against my employer. My salary has been reduced without my consent. I was also promised I will be placed back on a higher paying site to earn the salary I was contracted for, but that never happend. They then took me off the lower paying site completely due to a situation I had no control over, missing 1 day of work. Telkom has blocked my number, unbeknownst to me, and I could not be reached by my employer on the day I was to perform a task. I do not know when I will be needed beforehand as they communicated telephonically on the mornings I was to assist. After 7 months of asking and pleading, I send an email to HR and CEO pointing out several unfair labour practises, after which I then received a notice of possible retrenchment. I went for consultation and was offered a lower paying position or the option to be placed back on the site they took me from after missing a day of work. I later communicated via mail that I would need to take the retrenchment option so I can at least claim my uif. I did not have the cash to travel to and from site at that point. They dropped my salary from R to a unstable salary where I only earned R last month. After informing them that I have no choice but to take the retrenchment option, they have been ignoring all further communication from me. I fully believe they are ignoring me as they know I have no funds and therefore cant even travel to the CCMA offices to open a case against them. I suspect that they want me to resign in order for them not to pay me a retrenchment settlement. I also know that if I am permanently employed, they must pay me my contracted salary even if I am sitting at home as they are failing to provide me with work even though I am capable of performing my duties, but I know they wont as they have been doing everything else that goes against the labour law. I have also requested an appointment letter, but they are also ignoring that request. There are a lot more details to this, and I was hoping you could help on a contingency basis. I feel the company started treating me this way after I advised HR that I suffer from sound sensitivety issues, a condition called misophonia. I am hoping someone will get back to me as I have mailed a few different lawyers but have received no reply from anyone as of yet. I am looking for an architect that will help me convert this house into an Airbnb rental. I would like to turn the garage into 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and remodel the existing two bathrooms. In addition to that i would need a furniture layout and 3D pictures. The braai area would have a large 10-seater wooden table, the living area would be living room. I would like one of the rooms to have 4 beds for kids and friends (bunk beds). Have the panels and all the material for instalation. 6 panels to be instaled on roof and the combiner box that hold 2 strings must be changed to hold 3 strings.( reason for thos is that the panels i have is 49.9 volt x 13 Amp . The inverter mov is volts max. Inverter and all electrical in place and in daily use.
