The house is to accommodate 20 students in 12 rooms who need two stoves, four Microwaves, four geysers, two washing machines, ten medium size fridges, 20 internal and 10 external security lights and 40 double room plugs, an electric fence. Not all activities requiring electric power simultaneously: stoves are used 2hrs morning (6-8 am) and 2 hrs evening (5-7 pm); Geysers are to be timed twice for 2 hrs (4-6 am & 6-8 pm); no hot water in kitchen sinks or hand wash basins.

Tenants electricity was cut off by municipality due to landlords overdue account. Landlord does not have the funds to pay the account. There is a 3 year lease agreement between tenant and landlord. Current tenant was unaware of the issue. The landlord did the same to previous tenant and kept her deposit when she moved after 3 months. They had a 1 year lease agreement. Tenant needs the electricity to be restored, if possible
I'm about the retrenched without compensation due to insolvency of company. Our company has been declared insolvent by the mother body, now we were advised to seek other employment. We are in the process of buying a house and need to do renovations. Currently the bedrooms are downstairs and kitchen and lounge upstairs, we want to swop it around for the kitchen and lounge to be downstairs and bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs 3 bedrooms walls need to be broken down, upstairs it's already an open plan so walls need to be built for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with ceilings.
