She asked her dad if she can buy a vehicle on his name and so they did and she paid every month the vehicle payment and insurance money In her dad's bank account. Her vehicle outstanding balance is R 37 outstanding and now she bought herself a second hand car but I agree to pay the vehicle that she bought on her dad's name and put the vehicle on my ensures but, her dad came and took the vehicle she paid over four years on her vehicle. He wants to sell the vehicle now. She didn't want to lose her vehicle. What can we do? I told him it's unfair to sell the vehicle it's still my daughters vehicle.
