My wife and I are the grandparents of our autistic granddaughter Skye Oelofse. She has been living with us permanently since she was 8 months old. She is now 13 years old. Her biological mother Marilene Oelofse (our daughter) and biological father Ruben Oelofse are seperated. Her biological mother currently permanently lives with another man, Deon Gerber, and has two children with him. Her biological father now permanenly lives with another woman. Her biological parents never contributed in any way to the upbringing of Skye. She has seen them five times in the past 12 years and that was when we took Skye to see them. They have never even phoned her on her birthday. We have recent "relinguishment of parental rights affidavits" signed by both of her biological parents. They are not interested in Skye at all. I am a 66 year old retired school principal and my wife is 56 years of age. We are both in good health. We would like to apply for (uncontested) full custody of our autistic granddaughter Skye Oelofse. We are the only parents she ever knew. It will make life easier for us and for Skye. We, for example, from time to time want to visit our daughter Zonel and grandchildren in New Zealand and obtaining permission for Skye to leave RSA to accompany us for that purpose is an uphill battle because her biological parents are "unavailable". We have the affidavits from her biological parents that proves they are not interested in her. We would like to apply for full custody of Skye Oelofse. Her biological parents have indicated that they will not contest or oppose our application for full custody of Skye Oelofse

I was dating a guy whom i didn't know was a criminal. He convinced me of a business opportunity of transporting people to work which i agreed and released my car to him. On the 1st day the car had to start the job it never returned to me andbhe claimed he had given my car to someone else whom i don't know to make the drop off. My boyfriend convinced me that the person who he gave my car to committed a robbery and got caught. My car was then detained at the impound. This happened on the 14 August . On the 2 September the police gave me a letter to go collect my car, at the impound they me that they need the docket covers for the disposal of the car which was then difficult to obtain. On the same day the prosecutor wrote a note that a statement needs to filed of my boyfriend and my car should not be released until the matter is resolved. The boyfriend had went awol ever since they asked for his statement since august and i don't know where he is. I have made contact with the prosecutor who said he will take my matter to AFU to get my car released as i am an innocent party. He advised i will get a warning bit i must wait for the call from AFU to conduct further investigation. Its been almost 2 months waiting for the call. Is there any other way i can my car released to me while waiting for warning.

My wife and I got an agreement to divorce since we were having financial financial situation. The plan was to divorce and settle the debts we had. After she received the money she bought a car afand register under her name of which I didn't have a problem with that since I trusted her with everything. Now she changed saying it's her car and the money was her fair share she deserves it.we got married in July 27 in she left to free state which is our home town. She's stays until December. we spend the whole year together after we finish with our divorce process we stayed together until September back to free state again. Now my argument here is I feel divorce process was not fair to me because there's a breach of agreement between us. I'd like us divorce process to be revisited again
we are a family of 4 moving from London to SA. I am a South African citizen. my wife and kids are British. The kids will go to school in Stellenbosch and need study visas. We plan to arrive start of Jan . I tried to apply for study visas from London, but there is not enough time, so I am planning to apply for study visas from South Africa once we have landed. However I am not sure if that is possible or if you must do it before you arrive in SA.

Yes I have a mechanic who has been working on my car for over 4 years now with numerous comebacks and the car is still not working properly. I want to sue him for loss of income, pain and suffering and the money we paid for labor. I want the car to be sent to a reputable mechanic and want him to pay for the repairs, parts and labor.
Hello i have a ccma case against my previous employer it relates to the fact that when i resigned they automatically deducted the balance of my notice period off of my salary without my permission which equates to more than 25 percent of my salary we went to ccma Con/arb. Meeting on the 03 dec and the ex employer was found to be wrong then the employer requested a new commisioner on the grounds that they said the commisioner was wrong and biassed i have the certificate from that case which has now been referred for arbitration are you willing to assist me on a no win no fee basis as well as the commisioner has told me i have a case of constructive dismissal aswell as i resigned due to the fact that i could not take the abuse from my employer anymore the unilateral changes to my work contract regarding working times and overtime and the swearing and the fighting and whenever we tried complaining/giving grieviences the owner always told us if we unhappy we must resign got tired of being forced to work overtime with the threat of resigning or dismissal deducting overtime due to collective punishment if one makes a mistake we all suffer the owner deciding to deduct overtime/ normal hours already worked to penalize me i just couldnt take it anymore i do have another job now but had it not been for the owners disturbing/horrible treatment i would still be working for his company as i enjoyed the work i did there and i was with his company since day 1 and worked for him in those horrible conditions for almost 3 years the new job i do earn a better basic salary but my take hone pay is now alot less +- R to R less take hone pay as where i now work i do not get overtime or call out fees. I feel that if the owner did not treat me so badly i would still be working for him and enjoying a much better take home salary
