Yes my home was auctioned through lies and misrepresentation: wrong property description and wrong address by the other 3 body corporate members who inflated outstanding levies and refused our payment plan after they cut off our water 3 years ago. Our home has been transferred to 2 different owners at the deeds office, final transfer was to jamisolve proprietary limited, a company that doesn't exist and now the guy says we must get out because he has sold the property.
