The case has started from last year November and today was the 1st day of trial and also tomorrow. Only to find out that my lawyer didn’t pitch and his excuse was that he doesn’t have money for transportation. He never consulted with me from our last day in court till this early our of today at 05:27 telling me he doesn’t have petrol. With I have a bundle of documents from the other party and they have mine.

i am divorced and my son stays with his mother in rustenburg, i am in gauteng. she leaves my son with the x bf to go and visit and sleep over at the new bf. she still lives in the x bf house until there problems are solved. my son is 8 years old, this passing wekend was her wekend with my son and she left him at a friends house over the wekend. i want my son to come and stay with me as it is a more secure, loving and stable enviroment for him, as i dont think this is good for my son what he needs to go thru becausebl of his mothers doings amd he dont deserve it as he had to go thru this at 3 years old when his mother did the same and the situation will not change when he lives there and history will repeat itself over and over again. she stays his mother and i believe that a child needs both parents. he can visit every sekenf wekend and we can share holidays, but i believe it is in the best interest of my son to come and live with me.
My employer is not paying my pension an his deducting every month i went to mifa an they say he last pay on an i have send him a letter telling his that he must stop deducting money from my payslip because it's not going where it should. an he must give me the money that is already in my fund his not responding
Greetings I believe my case is more of civil, summary: over a year now since I had a verbal agreement with a couple as I gave them my car and they were to pay monthly payments, and as time went they promised that they want to pay off the car, it’s a financed car. I met the couple via a middleman and initially they were paying via the middleman then I realised I was not getting the money I was supposed to receive, sometimes half sometimes nothing at all, I decided that I want my car back and went to were they stayed with the middleman, they refused with the car and at the time we had a meeting with the police ,only to find out that the middleman asked them for a 20k upfront before they could use the car, of which I didn’t even have a cent or knowledge of. So they wanted their 20k otherwise I couldn’t take my car back, I explained to them I had no knowledge of such but still they refused to give me the car. I left them and cut the middleman out as he was not trustworthy, and that’s when we had the verbal agreement to start afresh settle the matter amicably and we were planing to draft a contract..time went by and I received only 1 payment for over a year now,I’m always the one running after them, before we could draft the contract then the car got involved in an accident driven by the husband at the time, they told me it was nothing to worry about and that they were gonna fix the car and that they planning to pay everything off, that they awaiting some estate settlement claim so that they can pay, now I tried to call it’s always excuses and I’m currently the one paying the monthly instalments for the car but the car is with them…kindly assist ,thank you.

I bought with someone I the year and moved in because of some issue I moved out Feb 15. She stays there for 8 months not paying the house till the bank foune both us then she decided to move because the house was going for auction if we don't pay the outstanding amount off 8 months also the areas of the amount. I received a call from her tell me that shes moving out 28 August between 10 and 12 o'clock by that time I was at vereeniging do my job. I came back and go to the house found it empty. She went legal wise then I connect them with my law and they're meet with my lawyer discussing the matter come to conclusion that she must pay my 50%that i paid for her and this happened between this year or , I try to seller the house but she refused to signed 3 time the papers from different agents. We always build the rooms me and my late wife In so that i can rise money to pay my debets including the house because most of the company they didn't want subcontract anymore. Now she need the money from the room I build it with my late wife also the 50% of the house she failed to pay after she go the package from the company was working after it closed down.
When I was approached by my husbands lawyer she offered me R15, for me to not contest the divorce which I agreed to because I am financially in a disposition. After I was served with the subpoena I did write a notice not to contest and sent it to the relevant attorneys. But I have reconsidered my options and realised that I would be making a mistake to not at least take advantage of the discovery process because I believe that there is merit in me claiming maintenance and also my share of a law suite involving me and my husband and another law firm who represented us while we were still married. I have suffered immense loss and I am barely getting by. I think its only fair to myself to atleast discuss how my husband could potentially help me. He is working and I am not. I do not want to get a divorce. But because he physically left me and refuses contact and any communication and also because I thought not contesting would emotionally be beter I initially opted for not contesting. I also don't have any money whatsoever which makes it very very difficult.
Not really, except that my Asylum expired on the 17th of January , and when I went there for renewal they gave me a notice to leave the country in 2 weeks and I don't understand why, and I have kids with a South Africa woman so I don't understand why I should leave my family and go back to my country just like that. I purchased a house valued under R50, in of a deceased individual who had no children and was not married at the time of his passing. The sale was administered by his nephew and sister, as the property had been left vacant for years. Unfortunately, during that time, it caught fire while being occupied by some nyaope smokers, resulting in severe damage. I have already transferred over 65% of the agreed purchase price, with the remaining balance to be settled once the deed transfer is completed. However, upon attempting to register the property at the deeds office, it was discovered that the deceased had been married twice. Since then, the sellers and I have been trying, without success, to locate the surviving spouse. One of the spouses has been confirmed deceased with no children, but the other could not be found. When the sellers visited her last known address, they were informed that she and her family had relocated years ago, and that she had remarried. Over the past three years, we have exhausted all possible resources to make contact or locate her, but unfortunately to no avail. We are now hoping you might assist us in concluding the purchase and facilitating the transfer of the deed so that we can finally resolve this matter .
