I am looking for a proper quotation for security systems for an entire estate complex. it comprises of free-standing houses and does not have a fence/wall separating them from the rest of the neighbourhoods. this has made them easy targets for house robberies and all. please include your reconditions in your quotation.
I would like them to pay special attention to the kitchen - the oven especially and the kitchen cupboards. The lounge tiles and the laminated flooring in the 2 bedrooms need to be cleaned, I would also like the brassware to be cleaned. I also need the windows cleaned on the outside and the inside. I also have special cleaner that can be used for the stove top.
House is empty and has just been tiled and painted. Bedroom cupboards need cleaning inside (x4 one has been painted). Bathrooms need good clean (x2 1/2 inside and one toilet near swimming pool). Kitchen and scullery need good clean as well as inside cupboards. Room attached to lounge may need vacuuming it has industrial carpets.

We currently experiencing a problem of high crime in our street, during day and night, and the SAPS is just to slow or don't react at all. We therefore decided as the community, to finding ways to protect ourselves by hiring a arm response company that can monitor and and respond to any emergency when needed. We want to pay or contribute as a community.

Currently with a well known service provider, but wondering if they are even still operating in our area, as they are not active on the Plumstead Neighbourhood Watch at all, but I see responses from other security service providers like Ithuba all the time. My monthly subscription has also recently increased by 10%. Thus looking for reliable service, for which I'm paying.
We are looking to clean a 1 x 1 bedroom apartment and 1 x 3 bedroom apartment used as airbnb on an adhoc basis. We require adhoc cleaning when our Guests check out to get the apartment ready for the next Guests checking in. So it won't be on a daily basis but adhoc as required. We require 1 unarmed guard per shift (2 shifts 06:00 - 18:00; and 18:00 - 06:00 Monday to Sunday including Holidays) and a 24-hour armed reaction as and when needed.
