My bathroom wall has a hole for building plumbing/ maintenance, I would like to close this hole with a door or mechanism that can be opened as needed for plumbing maintenance. The main reason for closing is the odour from the plumbing shaft as well as insects which enter my unit through the shaft hole. The hole is +- 1,7m long and 50cm wide. I live on a farm, nearest town is Hoedspruit. We need lawn and flower bed maintenance for a space that is larger than SQM. It is a community sized lawn that is frequently used for events, flower beds that reside on publicly used areas that are prone to litter. irrigation systems have already been installed and we would like to get a price indication of costs associated in maintaining the area.
The toilet cistern does not stop filling when it reaches its fill and water keeps draining into the toilet which wastes water. I, therefore, need to open and close the water valve which feeds into the cistern to fill and stop filling it which is very annoying. The cistern lid is also broken so I suspect that a new toilet cistern would need to be installed. I need help, please feel free to contact me
