I have a 3 bedroom home, I need to tear down some wall to make a "big one main bedroom". I need to tear some wall to use glass brick to bring in some light. I need to redo my bathroom and pipe line system not good for sewer , possibly outside toilet build + shower, I need to finish off the garage ceiling fell- off. There are three different structures on the same property - the main house, a garage and a flat. Off the top of y head, I would guess the total square meters to be over sqm. The main house is a mixture of tile and asbestos and the garage and flat are other compounds, not too sure what. I need someone to come through to the house and advise on the condition of the roof, how long it'll last still and I also need a quote on what a new roof installation would cost.
I have 2 wall sharing outbuildings. I would like 1 of the unit to have plumbing and electric completed. The plumbing pipes are already in place, just need connection in bathroom. Electricity needs to be pulled from main house to outbuildings. Then interior will need cementing in bathroom and main room(bachelor unit no walls besides bathroom). It’s a carport type roof over a patio. Roof dimension is 6.5 m x 4.3 m, On the one 6.5m side it can be mounted on the wall and on the other side there are 3 brick/ concrete pillars of xmm . The frame to support the roof must be steel please. The covering must IBR sheeting, either galvanised or chromadek. Please quote on both types.

I bought a townhouse in a complex and there are two bathrooms and the kitchen to be renovated. I want the tiling, taps etc. to be removed completely and replaced with whole new designs, this will be for the bathrooms and kitchen.
