I need someone to come in and deep clean my apartment before my tenants make occupation. Everything needs to be spotless. I have furniture that needs a serious wipe down and everything else needs to be clean inside and out (fridge, cupboards, oven etc…) The cleaner would need to bring their own cleaning supplies! Hi there, Our lovely garden in Craighall Park has been badly damaged by a tenant's dogs, and they've let the weeds grow wild. The tenants will be leaving at the end of March, and going forward with whoever moves in, we'd like to include a weekly or bi-weekly garden service in with the rent. Please could you advise on what this might cost? We will also need an initial once-off replant and clean up, to fix the edges of the flowerbeds, pull out weeds (including mulberry saplings which are terrible to try and dig out) and replant with very hardly water-wise plants such as white wild iris and wild garlic that will bounce back fast after hail, and survive better with negligent tenants. It's a moving in clean so the house is still empty. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Window cleaning and cleaning inside the oven and cupboards is required. Cleaning of the walls is also required. The living room has a high ceiling with beams and I would like the beams to be cleaned so a ladder is required. The blinds also need to be cleaned.
Hi, I live in a complex with a garden that consist only out of grass. I need a gardening service that can help with initial clean-up of relatively maintained garden and then to help with lawn weed control, especially in the back garden, and lawn-mowing and general maintenance of the garden/lawn. I currently need a sliding door fixed, wooden front door replaced, leaking tap, checking if the bathroom mixture in the shower needs a change, later on to change fascia boards, pressure clean the roof tiles/ carport and gutters if you work with those. Then anything other issue that might arise and check if there's a need to change the bathroom mixer. Do you perhaps work with swimming pools?
