I recently bought land in KZN in the mountains and I’m planning to build a wood, glass, and stone house there. I’d like to get a full project quote including design, materials, and construction and break down all costs so I can purchase things step by step. I will also send reference photos on WhatsApp. Please let me know what information you need from me to start.
I want to turn 2 x Garages and an old staff room into a flexible space that would initially be used as a cottage - but could be adapted easily for future buyers into an office, games room etc. Plumbing already exists but would need adjusting. Floors are cement and would need to be screeded. Doors and Windows would need to be replaced (and sometimes a door is becoming a window and a window is becoming a door. Walls would need to be plastered. Some Cabinetry Work as well.
I need contractor services for an office space that was previously used as a Post Office but we now want to turn it into a Commercial Office Space for a WiFi company (). Services that will be needed are painting, lights, plumbing and removing mailboxes to install sliding doors in their place. I would prefer a professional help regarding the entire space so it would be good if someone can meet me on site and advice accordingly

We plan to relocate the kitchen to the front of the flat and install new cabinetry. A partition wall will be added to create a separate bedroom. In the bathroom, we intend to remove the existing bathtub and convert the space into a walk-in shower. Additionally, we will upgrade the electrical and plumbing systems to accommodate the bathroom’s dual function as a laundry area.
Much of the renovation has already been done. What remains to project manage is supervision of the repair of one exterior wall where there is water ingress (the contractor here is very competent), limited upgrading of one ensuite bathroom, the repair of 16 shutters and 8 window frames and the repair of a wooden front door
We have 1 garage roof that is flat with metals sheets as cover. When it's raining the water does not flow from the roof and leaks into the garage and caused major damage to the inside wall. The wooden beams supporting the roof top is old as well and needs to be replaced. The roof needs to be sloped for water to drain
I have a driveway gate (L) x (H) its a sliding gate for the car driveway the new tech is old and cracking, and needs replacement soon. in the attached image the pink shows where the steel frame is. The steel appears galvanized. We need to replace the cladding, it may require some light steel struts to give the board more support. I work from home, and im available for quotes during normal working hours.
It’s an asbestos house old state house. The houses are owned by Roads Department back in the days it was called TPA. So the house doesn’t have a proper kitchen only a very old sink so I need small kitchen units that can accommodate a fridge, 60cm touch stove and a dishwasher the sick must be replaced too. I’m going to need a ceiling and the bathroom must look like a decent bathroom. I don’t have pictures of the structure
I have a carport currently that is adjoined to the main house. Having 2 of the sides attached to the house. I would like to convert the space into a double garage instead of the double carport. I would also like to have the roof made of slabs to allow for the space above the garage to be used as an "entertainment" area (so no normal roof rather slabs). The garage is to have a window and a walk-in door in addition to the double garage door. Note that the one open side currently is close to the boundary wall between me and the neighbour. The other non-attached side is the entrance driveway to the carport. Additional to this, is a small portion of leveling out the main house back door entrance area and putting up an awning / clear roof cover. This is allow me to get to the house's back door easily from the garage.
