I will be 70 years old in November. I'm being captured by my husband and adult children. 2 are unemployed and the eldest, 43 years old, are working but has a gambling problem, smokes dagga and drink, but doesn't contribute towards the household. His 2 school going kids also lives with us and most of my pension monies are spent on them. Eldest owes me over R20, and counting. He stays out of work whenever he likes. Doesn't pay a cent on debt I am incurring on his kids. He only pays school fees per month. Apart from money issues my 2 unemployed female children do nothing to keep the house clean. 1 cooks most of the time and does her little bit cleaning house. My husband is a consultant commissioner and earns money, besides his Sassa Pension, but nothing broken in the house gets fixed and the yards leaves much to be desired. I am not allowed to hire people to clean the yards or fix anything in the house. He chase them away. His focus is only on church activities and his own interests. I can't live under these circumstances anymore. We both didn't grow up like this. We have no friends or family visitors. If his cousin do visit, or anyone for that matter, he doesn't care about the house or yards. He enjoys himself with them or anyone visiting here.
I have been divorced for 6 years and already received a maintenance court judgement fir my ex to pay maintenance. He has bow lapsed 2 months payments and when i discussed this with him he started telling me how he will be deducting from the payments for things he has had to pay for since ive been unemployed for four months.

Trespassing and causing disdurbance on pranking knocking on doors. The Complainant seems to minimize the previous night activities where they requested assistance with dreaking the door. The following night the accused played door knocking prank on several doors and now found themself accused of breaking the door and trespassing etc by a threatening demand letter.

I need some advice on how we can close this patio (refer picture). Will be some doors and windows i believe. I would like to keep the wood pillar look. There are 3 gaps between pillars of 2.3m. Then on the right there is a gap of 5m towards the house. Then two windows (not sure of size) next to the braai. Not sure what 'folding sliding doors' is, but would look at stacker doors (depending on price) and normal sliding doors as well.
I turned my geyser off prior to the water cut. After the water came back I turned the geyser on but 12 hours later there is still no hot water. I suspect the switch on the DV board is faulty as this has happened before. I called a plumber who unnecessarily replaced the element in the geyser only to discover the real problem was the switch.
It's a birthday gift for friends of mine, who is celebrating their birthdays and their 25 year anniversary and they have a beautiful girl and never had a chance for a family photo shoot, want it to be something they have forever and was thinking of Morgenzon venue and wonderboom airport for the photo session
My partner and I are based in the Netherlands and are looking to purchase a home in the Greater Kruger region. After spending considerable time researching the market, we are now looking for an experienced local professional who can represent our interests throughout the search and acquisition process. We are not simply looking for listings. We are looking for someone who can act as our trusted local representative and help us identify the right property, including opportunities that may not yet be publicly advertised. Our ideal property has the following characteristics: Budget: approximately ZAR 3,, (some flexibility for the right property) Wildlife estate or similar bush setting Within approximately one hour of a Kruger National Park gate Privacy and tranquillity are our highest priorities An open bush view rather than a dense forest setting Established indigenous vegetation and regular wildlife activity Low maintenance and limited renovation requirements Reliable infrastructure (water, electricity and internet) Suitable as both a future retirement home and an investment property The estates currently highest on our shortlist include: Mahlathini Private Game Reserve Raptors View Wildlife Estate Leadwood Big Game Estate Moditlo Wildlife Estate However, we are very open to suggestions if you believe another property better matches our requirements. As we live in Europe, we are looking for someone who can offer more than traditional estate agency services. Ideally, you would be willing to: Search across multiple agencies and private sellers Inform us about off-market opportunities Conduct initial viewings on our behalf Provide honest and objective advice on each property Assist with negotiations Help coordinate inspections, legal due diligence and the transfer process Advise on practical matters such as estate rules, rental possibilities, internet availability and long-term ownership considerations We intend to visit South Africa later this year and would like to have a shortlist prepared before our arrival. If this is a service you provide, I would appreciate the opportunity to schedule a short Teams or Zoom meeting at your convenience. It would be helpful to learn more about your experience with international buyers and how you normally work with clients in our situation.
